Before you write
Tell us what you were doing and what happened instead, and whether you were in the browser, the Mac app or the Windows app. A screenshot helps a lot.
If you can still open the app, the Feedback button at the bottom of the sidebar sends your note with the technical details attached.
Write from the address you signed up with, so we can find your account.
For a forgotten password, the "Forgot password?" link on the sign-in screen is faster than we are.
Write to hello@scriptopus.com and tell us who you are, how many people would be writing, and what you most want to see. We will find a time and walk you through it.
Requests to see, correct or delete what we hold about you go to the same address. The Privacy Policy lists what that is.
