Scriptopus is in active beta and free to use. These terms are preliminary and may change as the product develops. Questions? Email hello@scriptopus.com.

Using Scriptopus

Scriptopus is provided free of charge during the beta. You need an account to use it, and you're responsible for keeping your login secure and for the activity under your account.

Your content is yours

You retain all rights to the scripts and material you create. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, process and display your content so the service can work — including sending it to our AI providers when you use an AI feature. We don't claim ownership of your work and we don't sell it.

Acceptable use

Don't use Scriptopus to break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or abuse the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Beta & availability

Because this is beta software, it's provided "as is," features may change, and we can't guarantee uninterrupted availability. Keep your own copies of anything important — export to PDF, FDX or Fountain at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms as Scriptopus grows. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
